As teachers, we are always learning new ideas and refining old ones. And over the past 20+ years working in English language education, I've been fortunate to work with thousands of creative and inspiring teachers from around the world, exchanging ideas and creating new ones.
As a teacher trainer, my interests range from training colleagues on how to develop free spoken interaction in the classroom to how to help learners improve their writing skills. One particular focus has been training teachers on how to select and prepare for English exams - What kinds of skills are required? How can we assess our own students' performance?
